We really take training seriously and making the personal element work for you, your capabilities and your goals. Nothing is taken for granted; nothing is generic. We take the time to understand what it is you wish to achieve, your time for doing so and how much dedication you can offer.

An honest appraisal will be given as to what is a realistic target and how this can best
be achieved.

We cater for men and women of all ages and capabilities and aim to make training something you enjoy and can maintain rather than offering some quick fix that many places do.

Our methods are tried and tested not “The latest gimmick” and we know they work.

We offer a one on one training service from £30 per hour - this includes a training programme personalised towards your specific goals. Subsequent training sessions are available for £15 per hour.
